Short Description
This project was developed between four partner organisations, K.A.NE./Greece, EFYD/Egypt, Hors Pistes/France and ONET / BRCV SOUSSE/ Tunisia. The project lasted from September 2016 to end of July 2017 and its activities included 1 international seminar, where the participants developed skills in intercultural learning as well as intercultural learning activities, tools and methods, 8 local workshops (2 in each countries) to test the tools and methods that were created, as well as preparation, evaluation and visibility activities. The main target group of the project are youth workers and youth organisations, as well as formal education institutions, but the projects addresses directly also young people interested in developing intercultural learning skills.
Aim and Objectives
01 contribute to the development of education for intercultural citizenship in both the nonformal as well as the formal education sectors
02 create a sharing space for people involved in intercultural education and contribute to the raising of awareness for the importance of tolerance, social cohesion and solidarity among all members of our societies
03 fostering the collaboration and active participation of people from diverse cultural backgrounds in civil society activities
04 strengthen our partnership and build a wide network of organisations in the EuroMed region, creating common projects in the field of intercultural learning
